Staffing 2007-2008

1 full time : Supervisor
- Located behind librarians offices
2 part time hourly: Morning/Evening staff
- Located behind librarians office at Multimedia Services scheduling desk
3 summer work study assistants
- Located behind librarians office at Multimedia Services work desks
6 fall/winter/spring work study assistants
- Location same as above.

Part time hourly staff will be located at the north end of the circulation desk (facing the librarian reference area).
- This is to accomodate the need for assisting students and staff in choosing and operating multimedia portable equipment, and to assist in reserving equipment.
- Multimedia Services scheduling phone will be moved to the multimedia services scheduling/services desk listed above.
- Multimedia Services current scheduling Excell file will be moved to the multimedia services scheduling computer at the north end of teh circulation desk.
  - Scheduling of equipment and services will be converted to Unicorn Media Booking Software at a later date in the year.
